Since watching the procession last Friday was our agenda and also visiting our relatives in Baliuag...we were treated with a heavy lunch by Nana Rita, Ate Baby, Kuya Dante and Ate Luz. They served us deliciously cooked holy week favorite dishes like, Ginataang Hipon, Laing, Kalderetang Manok (for kids) Rellenong Bangus, Baked Boneless Bangus (stuffed with onion, tomato and salted eggs) Nilagang Talong, Okra at Ampalaya served with Burong kanin.
