Homemade Chicken Cordon Bleu

This is a chicken cordon bleu made by Mommy Yo as we fondly calls her in the market. I've met her through Ate Beth my suki of vegetables in SMTC. I always hear her saying that Mommy Yo is a good cook and you'll definitely order again if you tried one of her specialties. Then one day, I heard that she'll be cooking Chicken Cordon Bleu and I ordered two pieces. Hubby is a fan of CCB that's why I know that he'll like it.
