The other side of Jeff

This is my youngest son Mark Jeffrey. His classmates call him Mark, others are Jeff. In school, he's quite serious, thoughtful and very responsible (that's according to his adviser). Here in our home, he's very playful, has a good sense of humor, he always laugh and joke around with Yeye. He is serious when we are studying or doing homeworks, he knows that he has to study well. Pero siyempre, I let him play and enjoy his childhood, minsan lang maging bata and I won't deprive him of those things. He's a cool boy!
Anyway, here are the other side of Jeff :)
Taken last Saturday, while waiting for the birthday celebrant Yana

Last Wednesday at Trinoma....
sobrang playful nya diyan sa Adidas store.

I'll look for his baby pics next time....

Hubby's new baby

My hubby has a new baby. He assembled this bike two weeks ago. Last month, he was just checking parts on the internet and told me that he will save some from his allowance. I just gave him a nod and thought that he'll be able to save enough until early next year. But a customer of ours here in the shop who's a biking enthusiast frequently asked him when will they build the bike, came two weeks ago and said that he's free that day and convincing hubby to go to Quiapo already. To my surprised! Hubby asked me if it's okay if he'll buy a bike already... What will I say? I don't want to turn him down even if i'm quite "inis" with him, I allowed him to used some money from our savings (anyway, ibabalik naman daw nya eh)...hehehe.
Pogi naman daw yung bike nya! wahehehe....

First "biyahe" last Saturday was in MOA.

My gosh abelgas nga naman oh!
This is Mang Danny, hubby's running and biking (and eating?) buddy :)

Yesterday, hubby's biyahe sa north naman...
They went to Malolos this time, medyo nagsasanay si hubby ng malayuan.
(Pero naiinis ako, at natatakot at the same time kasi nga
eh naka-bike lang siya)
He was able to see Barasoain Church in Malolos.

They even went to the Kapitolyo!

Sus! Ibala ko kaya ito sa kanyon?
(feel na feel mo ang mag-pose huh)

I'm still in the process of accepting this new hobby of my hubby... hehehe. Kaya sige na nga, go!!!!

KK's Glazed Donuts

I'm beginning to love Krispy Kreme's Glazed Donuts! Before I prefer those flavors na mas sweet and with lots of chocolates or candies on top. But when I see that hubby's not enjoying it, mas binibili na lang namin itong simple pero masarap naman palang glazed donuts nila.

and one more thing, these are free... Yehey!!!
(from the BPI credit card ng cousin ni hubby)

Grab one now!!!

Sarap talaga pag libre!!!

Barrio Fiesta

Pak!!!
Robin, Quishan and Johanna
Ang tagal ko ng hindi nakakain dito sa Barrio Fiesta, last time na kumain kami dito was 5 years ago pa at hindi na nasundan dahil medyo hindi namin nagustuhan ang mga pagkain dito sa branch nila sa may Caloocan. I remember that time na super disappointed ako sa kanilang ipinagmamalaking Kare-Kare na mas masarap pang di hamak ang luto ng aking lola Sion. Anyway, this time ay may malaking improvement na ang lasa ng kanilang Kare-Kare pero hindi pa rin pasado sa akin.
Kare-Kare

Crispy Pata
Eto naman ay talagang nakakagana, because it was perfectly cook.
Super crunchy yet soft ang meat inside :) yummy!

The Fried Chicken
It was okay but nothing to rave about.

Binalot na Tilapia
Steamed fish with onions and tomato inside...
Hubby liked it :)

Healthy siyang kainin di ba?

Lumpiang Ubod
Uy! I love this one...

mga sawsawan...
Bagoong, toyo'y kalamansi at ketchup!

at siyempre ang aming dessert...
Leche Flan!!!

Nathaniel's Revisited

Last Sunday, after attending the christening of Quishan in Marilao me and hubby headed to Pampanga (yes that far!) hehehe. We suddenly craved for the famous Nathaniel's Buko Pandan and so kahit medyo mahal ang toll fee ay go kami ni hubby to satisfy our cravings. Their store is located at Olongapo-Gapan Road, San Fernando Pampanga and you can easily noticed their big oval green signage.

Inside the store, you can choose different delicacies ideal for pasalubong.

From Buko Pandan, Maja, Mochi, pastillas, yema, cakes etc. they have it :)

They have cakes too, but I haven't tried any of them yet.

The dining area is big, compare to Susie's.
(We first went there, but wala na silang Tibok-tibok)

Customers lined-up to order and pay to the cashier.

Well these were the yummy treats that we bought :)

The famous Buko Pandan with carabao's milk, kaya mas creamy sya!
(talagang dinayo namin ito, hihihi...)

Well, their lasagna and baked mac is simple the best! We only bought one order for P 70.00 each (per styro) we didn't realized that it will be that good :( sad because hindi ko pa nabili yung isang pan worth P 500.00 only, yet super heavy siya at yummy talaga...we'll be back for these two for sure :)

(Better than Greenwich Lasagna and baked mac) IMHO!

The bake mac is P 70.00 per order (parang isang llanera and size)
We also bought Mochi (for the first time) hubby liked it,
for me, ok lang hindi kasi ako gaano mahilig sa ganito :)
Maja is also good...

etong Yema, sinadya ko din, because it taste so good too!

Well, we (with the kids) pig-out with these pag-uwi namin.

Ikaw? Kailan mo dadayuhin ang Nathaniel's?

This is my reward

This is one of the reasons ng aking blog break.

1st grading grades nya :)

Chicken and Pork BBQ

We had these for lunch today. Sinipag si Justine mag-ihaw because he wants to eat pork (liempo) BBQ, si Jeff naman ay chicken BBQ ang request kaya ayan, binili ko na pareho ang mga requests nila. (mahirap baka magtampo ang isa eh) hehehe...

Masarap kumain!
Pero hinay-hinay pa rin ako, I don't want to experience again yung
stomach ache na naranasan ko 2 weeks ago.
Wahehehe na-trauma ba?

Kain tayo!!!

Ikaw? Anong lunch mo today?
