Isa sa favorite kong bilhin sa Mabini Bakeshop ay ang kanilang Cream Puff... sobrang gustong-gusto ko ang kanilang cream puff because of its softness and creaminess... added bonus na lang yung caramelized sugar on top. Medyo pricey nga lang ang price sa Mabini pero what can I do, eh masarap nga! hihihi....

Norma's Palabok

Yesterday was my Mom's Birthday kaya nagpabili ako kay hubby ng Palabok sa Norma's. Ang Norma's ng Navotas ay ang kalaban ng Nanay's Malabon when it comes sa Palabok, before ay solid Nanay's kami kaso lately ay medyo hindi ko na gusto ang timpla ng Nanay's kaya we've switched to Norma's. Last month ay dinayo namin ni hubby ang kanilang store sa Navotas at nag-merienda kami ng kanilang palabok. Aba't masarap nga siya! Kaya yesterday ay doon na lang kami bumili para sa isang simpleng merienda to celebrate mom's birthday.
Sorry for the pics, dahil sa gutom ko, nabawasan ko na bago ko naalalang kuhanan.

Dahil diet ako, konti lang ang kinuha ko! hehehe...

Best to eat with Hazel puto kaso di ko na rin nakuhanan ng pic... haayyy, gutom na talaga!

Empanada Avenue

Yehey! I am very very happy at nagtayo ang Empanada Avenue ng branch dito sa may Gov. Pascual Malabon. Una kong natikman ito nung pinasalubungan ako ng isang friend from Bulacan. I really really love their Chicken Empanada, sobrang puno ng filling at masarap siya talaga. Dalawa agad ang kayang kong ubusin sa isang kainan...hehehe, kasi ba naman ay laging super hot ang kanilang Empanada tuwing bibili ako, sinong hindi gaganahan...

Actually, bawas na yan! hehehe... this box contains 12 pcs. of Empanadas at P 10.. each.

Sisig ni Aling Lucing

It's nice to know na may branch na pala sa SM North (Foodcourt) ang Aling Lucing Sisig na famous sa Pampanga. Medyo nag-crave ako sa sisig kaya nag take-out ako ng isang order at para na rin pasalubong ko sa aking hubby. P 130.00 ang per order.


This sisig is very famous in Pampanga, Aling Lucing if i'm not mistaken is the one who discovered this recipe.


Ingat-ingat lang sa cholesterol level... baka tumaas!

Frostings

Last Wednesday I went to Ateneo to pass the application form of my son for the upcoming ACET. I decided to drop by at Trinoma to look for some cupcakes. I've read in one of the threads na may yummy cupcakes daw na nabibili sa Landmark and so I checked it out and saw the simple booth of Frostings (name ng cupcakes) I bought 2 kinds lang, the Sansrival and the Swiss Choco.

Ferrero Rocher - Golden Edition

My kuya who just came from Singapore last week, gave me this box of Ferrero Rocher as his pasalubong. My kids were very excited to open the box because Ferrero is one of their favorite chocolates. Ako naman, i'm not really into chocolates with nuts, mas addicted ako sa plain lang like Cadbury Milk Chocolate. Ipagpapalit ko talaga ang Ferrero don.

Ganda ng lalagyan....

parang mas gusto ko siyang i-display na lang....

pero hindi naman nagtagal ito, inubos din ng mga anak ko...hehehe siyempre tumikim si hubby kahit diabetic siya!
