A friend of mine asked me if I want to try his friend's Tres Leches Cake. It excites me and agreed to order because I remember the last time I ate Tres Leches cake was years ago already when we dine out at Victorino's to celebrate Mother's Day.
Tres Leches means three milks in Spanish. It is a light, airy sponge cake soaked in a mixture of milks. So you can imagine how good this cake can be. I ordered last night and asked them to deliver it before 11:00 am. The cakes arrived at around 12:00 noon just in time for our dessert after eating lunch.
I sliced a small portion for me and boom! It was love at first bite! My husband and youngest son love it too! The cake is moist maybe because of the three milks, surprisingly firm and not soggy.

Oh my, I'm drooling while writing about this cake at this hour. Can't fight the temptation, hehehe... I went for another slice and this time, I added some fresh blueberries and a strawberry on top so it won't be that sinful, some folks want to add cherries but I only have fresh berries in our fridge.
If you want to order this cake specially this coming Father's Day, you can message Trish Aquino ( https://www.facebook.com/trishaquino ) on Facebook so you can reserve early. Price for this round pan (6x2) is only P 350.00.
Yes, I ordered all these so some of my friends can taste it too :)
